Birth will always be with you.

Womb support. Mom support. Family support.

Supporting pregnant women and tending their sacredness.

Pregnancy is a time to go within. Into our bodies, into our wombs, into our stories, into our mother lines. It is a time for unravelling, of preparations, of soul work. It is a time for nesting, a time for breathing and a time to CONNECT.

How we birth is a mirror of how we live. How our mothers lived. And their mothers. Deep diving into the stars and stories of your own birth, and your moms birth will unable you to meet your new self, your new life, your new child more wholly.

Preperations are not only practical. They are also preperations for a new body, and the death of your old self. It is the birth of a child, and the death of your life as you know it. It is the birth of a new family member and the death of the old family dynamics.

Having support in this time will make you more grounded and more connected when time comes for birth.

Facing the animal within.

Birth support.

I support women birthing at home, in the wild or any place else that is free. I support these moms because I know I can support them. And I will not be able to support women birthing in hospitals. I believe in an honest and close relationship between the birth keeper and the mother- that is an essential and foundational part of our relationship. To be able to support a mother in birth there really needs to be a bond that is based on mutual respect and raw honesty. They journey of pregnancy and birth is all about tapping into your body, your feelings and your senses. It is about creating space for “nesting” and allowing time to connect to your center, your root and the present moment. It is also about letting emotions flow, old and new, your own and those of your ancestral lineage. As a birth keeper I try to reflect and empower the mother as she moves towards the work of her lifetime. Creating space for her doubts, questions and fears and planting seeds of new ideas and thoughts. Hands on- hands off care, soul connection and word medicine.

With each mom and family I offer different support throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum based on the individual needs both online and in person.

A traditional Postpartum Care plan.

I am am a certified Innate Postpartum Care provider. Trained by midwife Rachelle Garcia Seliga. With deep gratitude and respect for her work, and her lineage I share some of the wisdom I have learned from her.

There are five key points that we can find across many traditional cultures worldwide in the care of a woman after birth. These points include:

  • An extensive rest period

  • Warm inducing therapies

  • Body treatment

  • A dense food diet

  • A supportive community

These modules make way for a good postpartum for baby, mom and family- framed within our mothers biological needs after birth. In addition taking care of mom in postpartum also leads too long time health for mom. Often our imbalances become visual after many years of feeling something “is wrong”. Sometimes it can be a big problem but sometimes also not. How we bleed, how we feel ourselves, our sense of vitality and even transitioning through menopause gives signs of how birth and postpartum long time affects show.

A womans health begins in her pelvic bowl. This is something we are not taught in school or growing up. Few women are connected with their root. If you have carried a child, no matter how many months or years ago, no matter how your birth experience was, no matter if it was a stillborn or an abortion, and no matter your current health state- mothers draw benefit from this treatment and should treat their root with such care regularly.
